The developer does not collect any personal data through BOOTH BPM, and operates no servers.
The app uses the microphone only to analyze the tempo (BPM) of music playing nearby. Audio is processed in real time on your device and is discarded immediately. It is never recorded, saved, or transmitted. No audio leaves your device.
None. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. Apart from iCloud sync (see below), it performs no network requests and works offline.
BPM and key values you choose to save, and your display preference, are stored on your device. Unless you use iCloud sync (see below), they are never sent anywhere. Deleting the app deletes the copy on your device.
While the “iCloud sync” switch is on (it is on by default, and you can turn it off at any time), the BPM and key values you saved are stored in your own private area of Apple’s iCloud (CloudKit) and synced with the iPhones and iPads signed in with the same Apple ID. Only the owner of the Apple ID can access this area; the developer cannot see it. Turning the switch off stops syncing (data on the device is not deleted). Data stored in iCloud can be managed or deleted in Settings → your name → iCloud.
Readings sent from the Apple Watch app go directly to the paired iPhone over Apple's device-to-device connection. They do not pass through any server operated by us or anyone else.
The app is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.

「iCloud で同期」のスイッチがオンの間だけ（初期設定でオンです。いつでもオフにできます）、保存したBPMとキーを、Apple の iCloud（CloudKit）にあるあなた個人の領域に保存し、同じ Apple ID でサインインしている iPhone・iPad と同期します。この領域は Apple ID の持ち主だけがアクセスでき、開発者は見ることができません。オフにすると同期は止まります（端末内のデータは消えません）。iCloud に保存されたデータは、iPhone の「設定」→ 自分の名前 → iCloud から管理・削除できます。
Apple Watch から送信した数値は、Appleの端末間接続でペアリング済みのiPhoneへ直接届きます。当方を含むいかなるサーバーも経由しません。
本アプリは全年齢向けで、お子様を含め誰からもデータを収集しません。
